Wine camps around the U.S. and in France are where you can learn how wine gets from grape to glass.

Cellardoor Winery Lincolnville Wine Tasteing Bar

The goal of Cellardoor Vineyard’s wine camp is to give “people an opportunity to have a sense from ground to glass the winemaking process,” says owner Bettina Doulton. This four-night camp includes working in the vineyard and winery (there will be grape crushing and fermenting), making wines from kits, an aroma identification class, cooking classes, gourmet dinners and excursions to see the local area and leaf-peep. Call 207-763-4478 to RSVP.
