Featuring Earl Morse, Executive Chef, Eve's at the Garden Restaurant, Portland Harbor Hotel

The Morning Report team welcomed Earl Morse, Portland Harbor Hotel's award-winning chef. Chef Morse demonstrated his master ice sculpting skills. In the coming weeks Chef Morse will demonstrate his culinary skills at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and then again at Harvest on the Harbor.

Also Chef Morse will be in the spotlight on October 23, 2009, when he hosts the local dining highlight of Harvest on the Harbor, Portland Harbor Hotel's 5th Annual Caviar Dinner.  He'll be working with Rod Mitchell, owner of  Browne Trading Company, presenting a five-course dinner featuring Browne Trading Company caviar. Select wines will be paired with each course. This event, which takes place at Portland Harbor Hotel, begins at 6 p.m. with a champagne reception; dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m.  Cost to attend is $95 per person; seating is limited.
