Noted wine writer, Clemons, visited Portland, Maine for Harvest On The Harbor October - 2009 ...Having been to hundreds of such dinners, for better or worse I’m hard to impress, but was impressed by Chef Morse’s artistry, and his uncanny ability to match disparate flavors in ways that were both surprising and exciting, subtle and seamless. Seating for the caviar dinner, which takes place in October during the festival, is very limited and well worth going out of your way to experience.
